How to use the calendar maker
Pick Monthly for a single-month page or Full year for all twelve months on one sheet, then choose the month and year — any year from 2020 through 2035 works, including a printable calendar 2026 or 2027 for planning ahead. Set whether the week starts on Sunday or Monday, toggle US holidays on or off, and add ruled notes lines under the grid if you want space to jot down tasks. Pick an accent color, choose US Letter or A4, portrait or landscape, and the live preview updates instantly so what you see is exactly what prints. When it looks right, click Download PDF.
Turning it into a photo calendar
To make a free photo calendar, click Upload photo under "Photo background" and choose an image from your device. It's resized and processed entirely inside your browser — nothing is ever uploaded to a server, which is why it works even offline. Use the Opacity slider to fade the photo back so the dates stay easy to read, and choose Cover to fill the page edge-to-edge (cropping the photo slightly) or Contain to keep the whole photo visible. The preview shows the exact crop and opacity that gets embedded in your downloaded PDF.
Tips for printing
Print at "Actual Size" or "100%" — not "Fit to page" — so the paper size you picked (Letter or A4) prints edge-to-edge as designed. If you're making a wall calendar, landscape orientation with a photo background usually looks best; for a desk or binder calendar, portrait with notes lines works well. For a family or team calendar, try the full-year view for a single-page overview, then print individual months separately for the wall.

Does my photo get uploaded anywhere?
No. The photo is read and resized locally with your browser's FileReader API and drawn straight into the PDF on your device. It is never sent to a server and is not saved after you leave the page.
Which years are supported?
Any year from 2020 to 2035, including a printable calendar 2026 or 2027 for the upcoming year. Dates and US holidays are calculated on the fly, so every year is accurate — not a fixed template.
Can I print just one month, or the whole year?
Both. Switch between "Monthly" and "Full year" at the top of the tool — Monthly gives one large page per month, Full year fits all twelve months on a single page.
